All of our framed artwork and framed mirrors are made to order in our own manufacturing facility in Lancashire. For this reason, it takes an absolute minimum of 7-10 working days for your order to be processed, made and dispatched. Please note, lead times may be longer during busy times (sale periods, pre-Christmas etc.).
We are currently working on a lead time of up to 21 working days.

Our framed artwork and framed mirrors are shipped using a specialist courier to prevent damage in transit. The courier will make the delivery between 9am and 5pm. We prefer that someone is available to sign for the item, however, we understand that this is not always possible. (Please note: during COVID, our couriers are working to provide a contact-free delivery service and therefore will not ask for signatures.) Where applicable, we can deliver to a designated neighbour or leave the item in a safe place of your choice – however, this is at your own risk and we cannot be held liable for theft or damage.

Some of our framed artwork and framed mirror pieces require delivery by a pallet courier due to their extremely fragile nature. This delivery will be booked in with you prior to dispatch as we require someone to be available at the delivery address to accept the pallet. The pallet courier will leave the pallet on the kerbside/driveway – they will not unload the items or carry them into the property. If you require assistance with your items on delivery, please ensure that you have made the necessary arrangements.

Delivery to one of our six stores is also an option that can be selected at checkout. We will contact you by telephone when your artwork is ready to be collected.

Please note: due to the delicate nature of our framed artwork; we are unable to offer delivery outside of the UK mainland as their is a high risk of damage in transit. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders that are placed for delivery outside of the UK mainland. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Furniture and furniture sets purchased online with Fab Home Interiors will be dispatched within 14 working days. We will always do our very best to dispatch your item/s as soon as possible. These large deliveries will usually be made by a pallet courier and the delivery will be booked in with you prior to dispatch from our warehouse as we require someone to be available at the delivery address to accept the pallet.

The pallet courier will leave the pallet on the kerbside/driveway – they will not unload the items or carry them into the property. If you require assistance with your items on delivery, please ensure that you have made the necessary arrangements.

Delivery to one of our six stores is also an option that can be selected at checkout. You will receive a phone call from the store of your choice once you are able to come and collect your item/s. If you select this option, please be sure to have made the necessary arrangements to transport your items home from store. If you require measurements of boxes/individual items, please don't hesitate to ask.

e.g. occasional chairs, rugs etc.
Large accessories purchased online with FAB Home Interiors will be dispatched within 14 working days. We will always do our very best to dispatch your item/s as soon as possible. Most of our large accessories are shipped with a specialist courier on a next working day delivery service.

However, on occasion larger items may need to be dispatched with a pallet courier. If your item requires a pallet courier, delivery will be organised on a convenient day when someone is available at the delivery address to accept the pallet. The pallet courier will leave the pallet on the kerbside/driveway – they will not unload the items or carry them into the property. If you require assistance with your items on delivery, please ensure that you have made the necessary arrangements.

Small accessories purchased online with Fab Home Interiors will be dispatched with 14 working days. We will always do our very best to dispatch your item/s as soon as possible. These items will be shipped with a specialist courier and delivered on a next working day service.
